Our Story


The brand was started by 2 friends who dreamed of changing the F&B landscape of the country in line with their experiences abroad. They decided that desserts were the real underachievers on the table. There were almost no option to consume preservative-free desserts and that's where the seed of serving freshly made desserts and savouries was planted. After 8 months of dedicated R&D, experiments, trials and feedback, Icekraft was born!

Meet the Founders

The Founders operate as the Board of Directors as well as the Management team. Due to their experiences in various industries they form a complementary partnership with deep synergies. It helps that there was a 10 year prior friendship between them which led to instant chemistry in working styles.




Belonging to a family of serial entrepreneurs, Aditya never knew what he would end tapping the one industry his family had no presence in - F&B. After completing his MBA from NMIMS, Aditya completed his CFA and worked as an International Banker for almost 7 years. Simultaneously, he worked with Monil on Icekraft. His education and work experience have helped him build the business on stable financing and excellent health. His financial advice to franchisees has also been appreciated by them. However he says that nothing in his past experiences could have prepared for the timeless hours and creative input required to start and expand Icekraft.




A 3rd generation entrepreneur, Monil started his first business at the age of 20, becoming one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Gems & Jewellery industry. To further hone his skills, he attained an MBA degree from SP Jain. His Marketing and PR acumen has helped Icekraft achieve immense visibility and brand recall across the country. He is also personally involved in the Marketing activities of Franchisees to ensure that the launch with a BANG! His ideas for product development are one of the key strengths of the company. He feels that Icekraft has contributed immensely to his out of the box thinking and innovative marketing strategies.
